Pumpkin Cranberry Parfait

Pumpkin Cranberry Parfait
 
Ingredients
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning
  • ½ cup or 4 oz light cream cheese
  • ½ cup cranberry relish or canned sauce
  • whipped cream
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, stir together pumpkin puree, seasoning and cream cheese
  2. Transfer piping bag or sandwich bag with corner snipped
  3. In a shot glass layer pumpkin mix, cranberry relish and whipped cream
Notes
Calories assume 1 2 oz shot glass
