Honey Apple Parfait with Cinnamon Whipped Cream

Caramel Apple Parfait with Cinnamon Whipped Cream
  • 1 Apple- finely diced
  • 1 Tbls Butter
  • 2 Tbls Brown Sugar
  • 1 can pre-made whipped cream
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  1. In a bowl, gently mix together whipped cream and cinnamon
  2. In a sauce pan, melt butter
  3. Add Brown sugar and cook until melted and warm
  4. Add apples and saute for approx 5 minutes, until apples are cooked and coated
  5. Let apples cool
  6. In a shot glass layer together apples, whipped cream and chopped pecans
Serving size is one 2 oz shot glass
