Crispy Mac and Cheese Bites

Extra Cheesy Mac and Cheese Bites

  • ½ cup dry pasta- I like shells
  • ¼ cream sauce series
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese
  • 8 won ton wrappers
  • oil
  1. Put about ¼ inch if oil in a sauce pan, heat on medium heat for about 5 minutes
  2. Cut won ton wrappers in half in a triangle
  3. Fry in oil a couple at a time, making sure they don't touch, until golden brown. About 2-3 minutes.

  5. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain
  6. Over medium heat heat cream sauce until just starting to bubble
  7. Add shredded cheese, stir to melt and combine
  8. Add in pasta, stir to combine
  9. Remove from heat
  10. Spoon about 1 Tbls of mac and cheese on each won ton triangle
