Apple Cider Champagne Sangria

Those are pretty much my 4 favorite words.  Combine them, and it creates one magical concoction.  Dear Fall, I love you!  And how you bring an excuse to have apple cider anything.  Tomorrow I’m bringing you guys a recipe for apple cider mac and cheese.  Ok, just kidding. But you should make this sangria recipe tonight, you know, for practice for Thanksgiving.  Yeah, practice, that’s our story.

I used this dispenser, which I bought for a party, and honestly, use much more frequently than I expected, definitely recommend!

Apple Cider Champagne Sangria

Ingredients
  • 2 oz or ¼ cup Apple cider- good stuff, I like the organic spiced cider from Trader Joe's
  • 4 oz or ½ cup Champagne
  • 4 or so oz diet ginger ale
  • Ice
Instructions
  1. Fill a glass with ice, add cider and champagne, stir.
  2. Top with ginger ale
Notes
For a large batch, 2 bottles of champagne, 3 cups of cider and a six pack of cans of diet ginger ale. Serves 12.
